Josh Bulloc

After high school Josh started his career working on an assembly line but there was something missing.  He was not sure what it was but it was not for him.  Through the years he has had several jobs, all in big manufacturing.  During that time there were several instances that frustrated him in the way people were treated.  From his Dad who had to fight 3 years for his disability insurance while he could not work to a manager telling Josh the he need to postpone his wedding because there was a problem at the plant.

Josh became frustrated seeing employees being treated no differently than a machine on the production floor with little consideration for the actual person.
Now Josh wants to show others the same path he has taken to move beyond the assembly line and take control of his life.

Cindy Hirch

Cindy Hirch cultivates potential in others; she is a Developer, plain and simple. Energized when she can embolden people to be their real and authentic selves, Cindy is passionate about building quality relationships and is widely recognized as a “Bridge Builder.” Utilizing a wonderful mix of practical knowledge and life lessons learned, she helps build bridges of hope that lead others to places where they can grow into all that they were created to do and be. Additionally, a well-developed organizational gift and her innate attention to detail enable Cindy to meet challenges head on.

After a family crisis in 2009 and a scary medical diagnosis in 2010, Cindy found herself at a major life juncture. Reflecting upon all that surrounded her, she asked one question that became the tipping point to her new vocation: “Am I living the life God designed for me?” Her answer was simple and resounding: “No!”  Years spent in the metalworking industry no longer held the interest or drive it once did.

With that realization Cindy and her “life” started to change in ways she had never imagined. She embarked on the adventure of a lifetime, one that took her to the road called Discovery. There was no turning back! Her travels led Cindy to a better understanding of her God-given talents, gifts, and passions. With the help of timely counsel Cindy began to see that her roles and positions of the past were actually the training ground for the place she was headed. She eventually came to the conclusion that her God-given dream is to help others take the same road that she herself is now traveling.
